Ranika Dawson (previously Chaudhary) FCA

Working as the principal of RDC Accountants, Ranika is a motivated, hard working individual who aims to achieve the best result for all clients. Ranika has extensive Chartered experience in Big 6 and second tier accounting firms along with Commercial experience both domestically and internationally. Ranika was accredited as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2009.

Ranika commenced working with VJC Pty Ltd in 2000 when the business was owned and operated by Vincent J Chaudhary. In 2009, Ranika became the director of VJC Pty Ltd. After a number of years the business restructured and VJC Accountants Pty Ltd commenced operations on 1 July 2012. In March 2013, Ranika finally made the decision to adopt her married name which is Dawson. The business name then changed to RDC Accountants which stands for Ranika Dawson Chartered Accountants. Ranika is fortunate to still have the support of Vincent and finds this invaluable.

Ranika also works closely with a team of business professionals (refer Strategic Partners) to enable a complete service to all clients.

Ranika dedicates her time to the community via contributions to Gladesville Public School. Since 2013 Ranika has been actively involved with the Gladesville P&C Association.

March 2014 was a special month with Ranika shaving her head (yes a number 1) and raising $12,440 for The Leukaemia Foundation. This was only possible due to the overwhelming support from family, friends and clients. Ranika enjoys consistently growing as an individual and also giving back to society.

Vincent Jeet Chaudhary FCPA FCA JP

Vincent was the founder of Vincent J Chaudhary & Associates Pty Ltd in 1983 which later renamed to VJC Pty Ltd.

Vincent is well known to many and has now retired to spend time with his five grandchildren, play golf, keep up his fitness and continue his two long time passions of luncheons and horse racing.

Vincent is responsible for formulating the methodology that has been adopted by RDC Accountants in relation to practice service delivery, consulting and client relations.
